Two-round process at Cloudera for a senior backend role: a hiring manager screen with Java and React trivia, then a two-hour technical round with a couple of senior engineers that covered backend concepts and one medium-level coding problem. Verbal offer came about an hour after the second round, which felt suspiciously fast.
