PM interview at Reliance Retail for a role tied to JioMart. One question, product strategy flavored, about piloting drone delivery. Pretty open-ended and I wasn't totally sure how deep they wanted me to go on the ops side versus the product side.
- As a PM for JioMart, how would you design and pilot a drone delivery program?
“I started with constraints, which felt right, regulatory approvals, weight limits, last-mile range, but then I got a bit tangled trying to figure out whether to frame this as a phased pilot or jump straight to success metrics.”
